More clues for the upcoming I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! cast have just dropped, and folks, it looks like we’re getting a reality TV crossover!
Channel 10 just released a new video hinting that someone from Married At First Sight will be heading to the jungle, and they’re definitely going to shake things up.
“A spicy reality star will be heating up the African jungle,” the new promo declares. “But, will they be shocked at first sight?”
Hosts Robert Irwin and Julia Morris have teased this reality star will bring “drama and controversy”.
Hmmm… I can think of one particular MAFS contestant that was preeeetty controversial. In fact, I fondly think of him as a walking red flag.
Yep, I’m talking about Harrison Boon. Since he appeared on MAFS in 2023, he’s occasionally attracted some attention for his cooked views. There was that time he claimed he was a dating coach who knew what made a woman “unmarriable”? Or how about the time he had a juicy feud with Abbie Chatfield? Classic!!!
While I’d be perfectly content with never seeing Harrison back on our screens again, there’s no doubt that he’d stir up some drama in the jungle and help drive sky-high ratings.
A Channel 10 insider confirmed the MAFS star has been very much on the networks’ radar, telling Yahoo! Lifestyle his name had been thrown around “several times”. However, it’s unknown if Harrison received or accepted an actual offer from I’m A Celeb producers.
“Channel 10 wants the show to go back to being talked about in every office across Australia every morning, with huge personalities clashing in every episode,” the source claimed.
“Harrison may not be the biggest name, but his views on women and feminism will infuriate people across the country and generate discussion — and they need a villain.”

Imagine if they put his ex Bronte Schofield in the jungle with him?! I’d kill to see that reunion.
