Newly crowned Jungle King Sam Thompson has revealed his next career move after winning the 2023 series of I'm A Celebrity.
The former Made In Chelsea star-turned-Hits Radio presenter, 31, has made a whole new legion of fans following his latest reality TV stint and is set to find himself in hot demand.
Prior to his win, it was announced that Thompson and best friend Pete Wicks will be taking their chart-topping pod podcast, Staying Relevant, on tour in 2024 across the UK to cities including London, Manchester, Cardiff, Newcastle and Glasgow.
The podcast was first launched in 2022 and sees Thompson and former The Only Way Is Essex star Wicks, 35, on a weekly quest for fame as they continue to explore what it really takes to stay relevant.The award-nominated podcast has recently celebrated over 5 million downloads and topped the Comedy chart on numerous occasions.
Tickets for the tour go on sale December 11 from 10am.
Elsewhere, Thompson and girlfriend Zara McDermott are being touted to become "TV's new golden couple".
McDermott, who originally shot to fame as a contestant on Love Island, recently reached week six on Strictly Come Dancing.Of their bright-looking future, brand expert Nick Ede told MailOnline: "With Zara by his side [Thompson's] now part of a power couple who I can see making millions from everything from joint podcasts, reality spin off shows following them both.
"There is also the chance to do more documentaries like the one he’s done for Channel Four on ADHD and she’s done many for BBC Three.
"Together they can really power up in many areas. Adverts. Social media campaigns, fashion and fitness, autobiography, charity campaigns and awareness and reality shows too."
Ede also predicted that something lucrative could come from Thompson's unlikely friendship in the jungle with boxer Tony Bellew.
He suggested that they could do "a road trip old couple style show. Learning about each others lives as they are so different but a great friendship."
