I’m A Celebrity 2023 line up ‘revealed’: Find out who’s heading into the jungle

The I’m A Celebrity 2023 line up is bound to get you excited for the next series.

We finally know when I’m A Celebrity starts and we no longer need to rely on I’m A Celebrity South Africa to fill the jungle void because the series' latest line up has been announced.

Will this year’s contestants live up to those from the I’m A Celebrity 2022 show and who will take the crown from last year’s winner Jill Scott? Viewers are desperate to know who will form the 2023 line-up, and according to several reports, the final line up has been revealed. 

Let’s take a look at who’s heading Down Under. 

I'm A Celebrity 2023 line up: This year's contestants have been 'revealed' 

1. Nigel Farage

According to Radio Times, 59-year-old GB News presenter Nigel Farage is in the running to join the I'm A Celebrity line-up. The politician and broadcaster left the Conservative party in 1992, later leading the UK Independence Party (UKIP) from 2006 to 2009 and 2010 to 2016. A known Eurosceptic, was leader of the Brexit Party (now Reform) from 2019 to 2021. 

Farage told GB News of appearing on the show "In previous years, I've just ruled it out completely. This year, I'm in a conversation with them, they've sent me a contract, I'm going to watch it, I'm going to have a real, serious read of it this evening and, look, I might do it, I might not, but I'm giving it very serious consideration."

2. Tony Bellew

Tony Bellew is a retired professional boxer. He competed in the cruiserweight and heavyweight divisions and is known for being the Euro and WBC Cruiserweight Champion Of The World. 

After he retired from boxing in 2018, Tony transitioned to a career in acting and punditry, as well as dedicating himself to training up-and-coming athletes in the ring.

3. Jamie Lynn Spears

Jamie Lynn Spears is an actress, singer and dancer, and is known for being the younger sister of megastar, Britney Spears. She began her acting career by appearing as Zoey Brooks on the Nickelodeon sitcom Zoey 101 in 2005. In 2007, she took a hiatus from acting to give birth to her first child at the age of 16. Since returning to our screens, she currently portrays the role of Noreen Fitzgibbons in Netflix's hit romantic drama, Sweet Magnolias

The star has very recently appeared in American reality series Dancing With The Stars. However, she was the second person to be eliminated from the show. Whether she is ready to head straight into another reality challenge, remains to be seen.

4. Nick Pickard

British actor Nick Pickard is another celebrity going into the jungle. He’s best known for his long-running role as Tony Hutchinson in UK soap Hollyoaks

He’s been part of the cast since the show first came on our screens in 1995, making him the longest-serving cast member in the series. 

5. Sam Thompson

No stranger to reality shows, Sam Thompson began his career on Made In Chelsea in 2013. Since then, he's appeared on Celebrity Big Brother, Celebrity Coach Trip and Celebs Go Dating, among many others. 

He currently hosts a Sunday radio show on Hits Radio and has appeared as a panellist on Love Island: Aftersun. We are looking forward to seeing whether 31-year-old Sam will be adding another reality series to his impressive list of credits.

6. Josie Gibson

Josie Gibson first found fame as the winner of Big Brother , and has now made her stamp on the presenting world. Having had a small hosting role on This Morning, she has now taken on regular hosting duties and has established herself as a favourite to take over from Holly Willoughby in the wake of her departure. 

Finishing a busy week presenting the popular morning show alongside Rylan Clarke, Rylan fuelled speculation about Josie's appearance on I'm A Celeb. Closing the show on November 3, Rylan hugged Josie, saying cryptically "Good luck....with everything." Watch this space!

7. Fred Sirieix

You may recognise French-born TV personality Fred Serieix from Channel 4’s popular reality show First Dates, where he helps match singles meeting for the first time at a restaurant. 

As a maitre d’hotel, Fred is well known for his charm, quick wit and hospitality. Last year, Fred spoke about his potential to appear on I’m A Celebrity: “I don’t think I’d do I’m a Celebrity. I wouldn’t be too keen on eating a camel’s anus or something like that.

“I know I eat frogs, I’m French, but at least those frogs are cooked!”

8. Nella Rose

At 24-years-old, Nella is the youngest celebrity entering the jungle. Her YouTube channel has amassed over 750k subscribers, and you may have seen her host MTV’s Catfish

Based in London, the influencer can also be seen rubbing shoulders with the rich and famous including rapper Stormzy, ex-Love Island contestant Chloe Burrows and singer Gabrielle on her Instagram account. 

9. Danielle Harold

Danielle starred as Lola Pierce in BBC’s Eastenders for four years until her character died of a brain tumour, leaving her fans heartbroken. 

Since then, Danielle has continued to pursue a career in acting and won the gong for the best serial drama performance at the NTAs 2023. 

10. Frankie Dettori

Renowned jockey Frankie Dettori has set rumours about his participation in the show flying, after being spotted in Australia. According to Metro, he said "Hi everyone, I am here in California at the moment. I will get on the plane after racing, I’m coming to Melbourne for the Melbourne Cup."

He added "Unfortunately, this year I’m suspended, so I can ride but I will support the Melbourne Cup carnival for the week, see some old friends riding and have a smashing time at the racing. Hopefully, we see some good winners, so make sure you come and see us." If he's not competing, that allows plenty of time to appear on I'm A Celebrity...

11. Marvin Humes

Currently touring with his band JLS, Marvin Humes will be pressing pause on his music career to head Down Under. 

Gaining fame on The X Factor, Marvin married This Morning presenter Rochelle Humes, and share three children together. 

Following his success in music, Marvin has presented shows such as The Voice UK, as well as his own radio show on Capital FM. 

12. Grace Dent

Food critic Grace Dent is also part of the I’m A Celebrity 2023 line up. Her diverse career includes writing for columns in newspapers, hosting her podcast Comfort Eating and being a guest judge on MasterChef.
