Joe Swash left fans retching after he made a personal admission about his hygiene.
The star is currently starring in I'm A Celebrity... South Africa where he admitted that he hasn't been keeping up with his personal hygiene.
While he was in camp he told his fellow contestants that he was going to change his underwear for the first time in five days.
As he was getting changed, Joe confessed: "New pants on after five days."
Helen Flanagan didn't wait to reply as she shouted: "For five days… you have not?"
While Myleene Klass told the ex EastEnders actor: "For goodness sake Joe, five days is quite some time to not change your pants. But I’m not surprised, I don’t know why, it’s jungle life. It just gets to us all – we just do crazy things in here and you just become at one with the jungle I guess."
Joe held the pants up and added: "Mate I looked at it [the pants] and felt sorry for it just then, 'so sorry I put you through that for five days'."
Helen later said in the Bush Telegraph: "I love Joe, but that is just gross. It’s really disgusting."
It seems it wasn't just the other campmates that were disgusted by Joe's confession as viewers thought it was gross as well.
One said: "Five days Joe! That makes me sick."
As another added: "Please I do not want to see Joe’s five-day-old underwear thank you very much."
"Joe’s pants must have more culture than a penicillin laboratory!," a third joked.
This comes as Joe broke down in tears as he opened up about his marriage to Stacey Solomon on I'm A Celeb.
After more than a week in the jungle, Joe began missing his family and opened up about how the show has "given him everything".
Joe first did I'm A Celebrity! back in 2008 and became King of Jungle and later hosted the show's spin-off. He then met Stacey in 2010 on the show, when he was hosting the spin-off and Stacey was in camp.
The pair struck up a friendship and didn't begin dating until 2016.
Now, married couple Joe and Stacey share Rex, three, Rose, and newborn Belle, while he has Harry, 15, from a previous relationship and she has Zachary, 15, and Leighton, 11, from other relationships.
He tearfully said: "I’m really missing my kids… I don’t know how to get rid of the feeling."
"I was a different person the first time [I did I’m A Celeb]. This time there’s so much at home waiting for me," he added, looking back on his first time on the programme in 2008.
"Everyone wants to do their family proud and I want to do the same."
