I'm A Celeb's Joe Swash and Dean Gaffney gag and throw up over horrific "cocktails" in tonight's episode.
Wednesday's episode shows the second half of the pair's first trial where they have to drink "cocktails" made from all sorts of South African creatures.
The pair were seen to try their best on Tuesday's show but they definitely struggled when it came to holding the liquid down.
It seems that the duo don't find tonight's section any easier as they try to earn the camp more treats.
A sneak peek shows Joe trying to down a drink made from blended water hog testicals.
Joe seems to do his best to drink it quickly but comes to a halt when he starts gagging.
But he manages to finish it and is applauded by fellow campmate Dean Gaffney who also has to drink something equally as disgusting.
It's then Dean's turn as he is confronted by a cocktail called Jordan Banj-toe, made from blended crocodile foot.
Ant joked that the drink was talking to dean as he held it up to his ear, with Dean replying: "Oh my god, I've just got a whiff of it, oh my god it stinks. Oh my god it stinks."
Fans of the show will have to tune in to see how Dean fairs in the trial.
Despite there often being funny sections in I'm A Celeb, it takes a turn in tonight's episode when Fatima Whitbread breaks down into tears when speaking to Carol Vorderman and Helen Flanagan.
The former javelin thrower gets upset when she talks to the pair about her childhood.
She tells them about when she was in a children's home before she was adopted.
The Olympian recalled a time when she and the other children would have to complete certain jobs in order to get their pocket money for that week.
She then explained that she asked one of the women that worked at the children's home to be her mum but she explained she had to be a mum to all the other children too.
Speaking to the camera later on Fatima had tears in her eyes and she explained talking about those times had brought it all to the surface again.
