I'm A Celeb's Harry Redknapp has Holly Willoughby and Declan Donnelly in hysterics after being left 'unable to see'

I’m A Celebrity’s Harry Redknapp left Holly Willoughby and Declan Donnelly in hysterics after he was “blinded” in a Bushtucker Trial.

Redknapp, John Barrowman and Nick Knowles were chosen to take part in Deadly Dash in a bid to earn as much food as possible for camp.

But Redknapp encountered a major stumbling block on his road to collecting the yellow stars when he was left unable to see clearly after having to stick his head into a critter and gunge filled box.

It was up to the presenters to guide the former football manager over the small hurdles and onto the next section, as they roared with laughter.

In scenes to be shown tonight, Redknapp laughs: “Where’s the hurdle? I can’t see a thing I swear. Where? Do I lift my leg?”

Willoughby and Donnelly offered their best advice as they managed to guide helpless Redknapp up and over through their hysteria.

Covered in green slime, Redknapp managed to navigate the tiny hurdle to carry on with the Bushtucker Trial.

Since entering the jungle 10 days ago, the 71-year-old has become a fan favourite after delighting viewers with stories about his marriage to wife of over 50 years Sandra.

He impressed viewers when he hesitated over taking a shower after learning Rita Simons and Fleur East were down by the creek.

He stood with his back to his female campmates, later telling the Bush Telegraph that the swimsuit-clad stars “didn’t interest him”.

He said: “There’s only one person I want to see in a bikini having a shower and that’s my wife.”

I’m A Celebrity is on ITV, tonight at 9pm
