I'm A Celeb fans spot brewing camp feud among stars amid 'harsh' food comments

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! fans believe dramatic scenes could be brewing in the Australian jungle after spotting a number of ‘harsh’ comments between campmates.

The ITV reality show returned on Saturday evening for another live instalment from the Australian jungle, hosted by Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly.

The Geordio duo presented the hit ITV reality show from the camp, which saw Matt Hancock and Owen Warner take part in another Bushtucker Trial, styled on game show Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?

However, the pair struggled with the series of questions and were even flagged up as potentially cheating as their co-stars who were watching from the sidelines coughed suggestively.

The pair ultimately only secured five of the 11 stars up for grabs, leading to a lean meal later in the episode .

As some of the campmates expressed their disappointment at the turnout after feasting on a dinner of boar rump, ITV viewers at home were left predicting ‘mean’ scenes in the coming days if they continue to secure a low number of stars.

Taking to Twitter, one fan wrote: “I feel like the camp this year is quite harsh on number of stars. They're very "wow this is nice imagine if there was twice as much" "5 is good..it's not 11 but it's fine".”

Another added: “They’re all being awfully mean about the lack of stars like they weren’t all there and lost themselves stars by coughing.”

“My god imagine these campmates if they got an actually low numbers of stars like 2 or something or none,” another wrote. “They’re soo negative.”

Another asked: “Is it just me or are the celebs being really rude whenever people don’t get a full house of stars this year?”

This comes after fans think a mass exit could be on the way, after one star considered quitting the show over the arrival of Matt Hancock.

Viewers were quick to pick up on the tension as the disgraced former Health Secretary entered camp with comedian Seann Walsh on Wednesday.

Several of the cast were seen unimpressed and in shock, as others stated to their co-stars that they didn't agree with him being on the show – or his reasons for taking part.

The scenes have left many fans predicting one or more could exit the show in a sensational twist, amid backlash aimed at ITV and the series over the new arrival.

With so many campmates clearly unhappy about it, viewers predicted Hancock would have to leave the series soon if bosses were going to stop a "mass exit".

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! returns tomorrow at 9pm (Sunday) on ITV and ITV Hub
