I'm A Celebrity fans were left puzzled this evening as Helen Flanagan took on the latest trial.
The former Coronation Street star took on the latest trial alongside Amir Khan and Myleene Klass, which was called World's End. They were tasked with facing the highest trial ever in the history of the programme, with all three stars expressing their nerves as they headed off to the trial clearing on the top of a mountain.
Before they headed off, Toff warned Helen: "You’ve got to do better this time. Sorry to be savage, but you have to," as Andy Whyment added: "Just remember, if you come back with no stars, Janice will rip your head off."
Amir admitted he was nervous before the trial, sharing: "Camp’s been eating well… we have to get through this. We’ve got a strong team today. We’re going to make sure we have another feast tonight."
"Guys, I’m not going to let you down, I’m going to do it," Helen then said, as she decided to take on the trial.
The trio managed to secure all the stars on offer, with all three of them impressing.
After the trial, Ant asked the former Corrie star: "Going from the last time we saw you at the trials area, you couldn't do it. Going from saying I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here to aceing this, what's changed?"
Helen then replied: "I just thought, you know what, I can't be the person that comes back and is useless at trials. I need to go back and need to smash it, that was my moment to prove that I can do it. I feel really good about myself."
Myleene shared she was doing it for the mum's as she clutched at her necklace, whilst boxer Amir laughed as Ant and Dec told him the pair of them "kind of showed him up" as he admitted how tough the whole challenge was.
"I looked up and Myleene was gone and then Helen's - I was chasing after one of them - and I was like wait for me guys! Before I knew it they were on the second platform, but I have to say, this has to be one of the hardest things I've done," he added.
Fans were puzzled by Helen's sudden change - and took to Twitter to air their views.
"Helen Flanagan the first to get a star in a heights challenge?!? Has she regenerated into a different woman like the Doctor from Doctor Who?!? #ImACeleb," one wrote, as a second added: "A fearless Helen Flanagan WHAAAATTT?!?! I feel like a proud parent!!"
A third shared: "I scoffed at Helen when she went in, but I stand corrected. She’s been amazing. #ImACeleb," whilst a fourth wrote: "For someone who's scared of heights, Helen is really bossing the sky high task! #ImACeleb #ImACelebrity."
"I actually love how amazing Helen is doing this time round! She’s like a completely different person!" a fifth added.
