I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! bosses are reportedly fearful that Jamie Lynn Spears may quit the show less than 24 hours after entering camp.
Britney Spears’ younger sister has allegedly isolated herself from her fellow campmates, choosing to stay in bed and leaving producers worried she may jet back to the US.
However, if the 32-year-old wants to receive her full pay cheque, she will need to remain in the jungle for at least 72-hours.
A source told The Mirror: “Away from the cameras and scenes that aired on TV, it’s her behaviour in camp that has become obvious to crew.
“She has kept herself somewhat separate, not really socialising — and stayed in bed.”
The Standard has contacted ITV for comment.
The claims come after This Morning’s Josie Gibson awkwardly asked Spears about her famous family as the campmates got to know one another after arriving to the Jungle on Sunday.
After Gibson, 38, asked: “Who got you into music?” the Zoe 101 actress, 32, said: “I've always kind of been into music, you know what I mean?”.
The ITV presenter continued: “Very musical family, aren't you?” to which Spears sheepishly responded “yeah” before saying her mother Lynne loved to play the piano, and notably failing to mention her multi-platinum record selling sister Britney, 41.
Recently, Jamie Lynn was branded a “total b****” by her pop star sister in her memoir The Woman In Me, as she recalled her younger sibling’s behaviour at their family home in the wake of their parents’ divorce.
The acclaimed hitmaker also alleged that Jamie Lynn told her to “stop fighting” her controversial conservatorship which ran from 2008-2021.
Despite her bombshell commentary, the Everytime singer also said she is “working to feel more compassion” towards her sibling after they feuded for years.
