Makeup can be a wonderful tool that can help many of us feel more comfortable in our own skin, and we should all know that there's nothing wrong with wearing as little or as much as you want.
One woman on TikTok who knows just how to work a beauty blender is Nikita Dorrian, who has racked up an impressive 318,000 followers on the app through sharing her makeup transformations - which see her turn into a stunning superstar lookalike.
The 26-year-old beauty, from Northern Ireland, regularly uploads clips of herself on her @nikitadorrian account in which she goes from barefaced to glamorous, and some fans have even said her finished looks bear a striking resemblance to pop megastar Katy Perry.

In one video, Nikita - who has also been compared to Game of Thrones actress Emilia Clarke - began by showing her natural look with several spots on her face and big glasses, before she transformed her look with makeup and showed off the final results.
One person commented: "Katy Perry is that you?"
While another said: "I want a tutorial on that makeup. I need someone to do it too, because I cannot."
And a third wrote: "Has anyone told you before that you look like Emilia Clarke a bit?"
But unfortunately, Nikita is also often subjected to negative comments from people who believe her makeup transformations should be "illegal" - because they think they're misleading.
One troll said: "Okay ma’am, this is false advertising and should be illegal. Hate it for the men you trick."
As another nasty commenter agreed, adding: "Catfishing and makeup should be illegal."
Before someone else commented: "This is why I have trust issues."
More negative comments came from people encouraging others to "go swimming with a girl on a first date" to wash off any makeup she might be wearing - but most believe Nikita is beautiful both before and after her transformation.
Another commenter said: "If you're not into her at her worst, you don't deserve her at her best."
To which someone else agreed, posting: "There's no catfishing here Some people just don't recognise how beautiful the before is."
