I 'loved' bank holiday dresses from Asda for under £20 each

Finding an appealing bank holiday outfit that doesn't break the bank account can be tough. But now that the weather is beginning to get a little nicer, lots of people will be at their closest shopping centres searching for a perfect spring outfit.

One reporter at the Liverpool Echo seems to have found two ideal bargains for less than £20 each. Emily Sleight wrote: "The amount of times I've sifted through numerous fast fashion websites in the hunt to find a versatile and comfortable dress is insane. If only I'd known that I could find exactly what I wanted at my local supermarket, for a fraction of the price.

"George at Asda has really upped its game recently in terms of fashion, and offer a variety of different on-trend products without the hefty price tag. When I visited my local store in Bromborough, I wasn't sure what I was going to find, but I ended up being really impressed with what I saw.

"As soon as I stepped foot in store, I noticed a lot of vibrant floral designs that were super bright and beautiful. The best part was that the material for a lot of the dresses was super soft and comfortable.

"Two dresses really stood out to me, and those were the Green Floral Print Wrap Front Midi Dress now priced at £16.50 and the Red Floral Textured Mini Dress priced at £12.

"What I really loved about these two dresses were the colours, which were bold without being garish. I'm a huge fan of the colour green at the moment, and the Floral Print Wrap Front Midi Dress was an absolutely stunning shade of green that I couldn't get enough of.

"The green dress features a v-neck with 3/4 length sleeves and an elasticated cuff. In terms of details, the wrap front on the dress was super flattering without looking 'frumpy' and the all over floral print was enough without looking too busy.

"George at Asda has a really nice range of on-trend dresses that look actually comfortable, which is something of a rarity these days. For years and years I've squeezed myself into uncomfortable tight dresses that don't suit my body shape at all, and now I can honestly say I've moved away from that - thankfully.

"For me, the older I get it's all about comfort. These gorgeous flowy dresses offer just the right amount of spring vibes whilst looking super feminine in the process.

"The Red Floral Textured Mini Dress priced at a bargain £12 has a forgiving smock detail that I adore. For me, there's nothing better than a smock dresses, because it offers comfort whilst looking classy.

"If I'm planning on eating or drinking a lot, a smock dress is always the way forward. Thankfully, Asda had plenty of different flowy relaxed dresses on offer.

"I honestly never thought I'd get a cute bank holiday dress from Asda, but I was really impressed with their range. It's safe to say I'll be heading there again when I'm in need of something comfortable and stylish."
