Former Coronation Street actress Kimberly Hart-Simpson has revealed how she lost a stone in just six weeks – improving both her physical and mental state.
Known to Corrie fans as Nicky Wheatley, actress Kimberly Hart-Simpson embarked on her weight loss journey after joining Absolute Body Solutions on Peter Street in Manchester city centre. The 35-year-old took on a specific six-week fat loss programme, changing her meal plan every two weeks to match the phase of training she was in.

She wrote on Instagram “6 weeks later. A stone down. @absolutebodysolutions have completely changed me. Mentally and physically. We still have a way to go but I am so proud of myself.
“I have found my fit fam. For the first time in my life I am achieving my goals in a healthy - sustainable way and loving it. ABS thank you.”
Reflecting about her time on the six-week programme, Kimberly added: “I wanted to challenge myself for a while but put it off. When I finally prioritised myself with ABS I knew I was in safe but demanding hands.
“There were no excuses and the results were reflective of the graft we collectively put in. Lizzie, my personal trainer, was brilliant. I still use their meal plans as my go to recipes including the home workouts during busy periods.”
Absolute Body Solutions owner Connor O’Brien said of Kimberly’s results: “It was fantastic to work with Kimberly on her fitness. She did incredibly well with Lizzie in Manchester and gave the programme her all. It is great to hear just how much she achieved both physically and mentally.
“We have absolutely loved every minute of being open in Manchester city centre. It has been a pleasure to have worked with such a variety of clients from across the city and the results we have seen our clients achieve have been a joy to see.”
Kimberly’s personal trainer, Lizzie, added: “I ran Kimberly through a six-week fat loss programme. I changed her meal plan every two weeks to match the phase of training that we were in.
“Kimberly was incredible to coach as she gave 110% effort every session and followed the meal plan to the letter. I’d like to congratulate Kimberly again on the amazing results she achieved in just six short weeks!”
Kimberly took to Instagram recently to announce she's joined the cast of Sky comedy-drama Brassic.
Kimberly will be joining Weatherfield favourite Michelle Keegan on Brassic series 5 which is currently filming. The show returned to screens for its fourth season last month on Sky Max and Now TV.
The bold and brash drama follows Vinnie O'Neill, played by Vinnie O'Neill, and his friends, including Michelle's character Erin Croft. The group struggle to get by in the fictional town of Hawley, and often resort to petty crime for money.
