Managers Darren Mullen and Dean Shiels clashed over Newry City's winning goal on Friday night.
Mullen's Newry earned a 1-0 victory over Dungannon Swifts thanks to Lorcan Forde's 61st-minute finish at the Showgrounds.
The result moves Newry up to eighth in the Premiership table, while Dungannon remain bottom and without a point from their opening six games.

The goal came after played had been stopped to allow Newry player Thomas Lockhart to receive some treatment.
Newry were then given the ball to restart the game, and after initially playing it backwards they lofted a ball out right before a low cross led to Forde's decisive finish.
Dungannon boss Shiels was left fuming on the sidelines, believing Newry had shown unsportsmanlike conduct.
Shiels told the BBC: "I have never seen anything like it, and I have been involved in football for the last 20 years.
"It is so disappointing because it affects the game and result, and it is the reason we got zero points instead of one. Someone has to take responsibility.
"I have known Darren, and I would be very disappointed in Newry, but it looks as if they knew we were not set and chipped it over us when we expected the ball to go back.
"It doesn't go back and it ends up in the back of our net within five or six seconds of the restart.
"There is no drop ball anymore, so we are not set to tackle. It is dropped to a Newry player and we drop off hoping the ball will go back to one of our players or back to their keeper.
"But in the end it is really downright low what Newry did, it is poor all round. It is unsportsmanlike and shouldn't happen. I then expected them to let us score, and I was surprised it wasn't even mentioned.
"That should come from the dugout and Darren didn't do that."
Newry boss Mullen - whose side recorded their second league win of the season on Friday night - said the incident had been "blown all out of proportion".
He added: "Our player went down injured, we had the ball. The ball restarts and it is back with us. We can do whatever we want with it.
"That's as simple as it is.
"It isn't a case of one of a Dungannon player being injured or us knocking the ball back to them. The drop ball was removed to remove any doubt on this.
"We had possession and we played on. That's it.
"Dean's reaction on the sideline has created a whole fuss. Dean has been managing a couple of years here, and if he is saying he has never seen anything as scandalous as that then he has a long way to go."
Mullen added: "Just because we scored a goal from it, that's why a fuss is being made. Dungannon are obviously disappointed but we were the better team tonight and I don't think they can argue with the result."
