Robbie Savage has predicted Leeds United to be relegated from the Premier League this season. Savage is envisaging another year of struggle for Leeds and Everton, who both narrowly avoided the drop in the final weeks of last season.
Leeds are the tip to go down for many outsiders looking in ahead of the new campaign having lost key players Kalvin Phillips and Raphinha. Phillips made the switch to Manchester City earlier this summer, while Raphinha joined Barcelona in July after weeks of speculation.
That said, Leeds have also moved quickly to strengthen the squad during the window, signing seven new players, including five who are primed for regular first team action. Brenden Aaronson, Rasmus Kristensen, Marc Roca, Darko Gyabi, Tyler Adams, Luis Sinisterra and Sonny Perkins have all made the move to Elland Road this summer.

Speaking in a Premier League preview show on
Savage has predicted Leeds to go down alongside newly promoted duo Fulham and Bournemouth, but also believes Everton and Southampton could be in and around the battle too.
He said: “I think Everton and Leeds, Everton’s squad is arguably worse than last season... then I look at Leeds, done well to stay up last year but losing Raphinha, who is a fantastic player and Kalvin Phillips, so I’d be worried.
“I know they’ve brought players in. I think Fulham and Bournemouth will go down and then I’ll say Leeds, but I do worry for Everton, Southampton as well.”
