Arne Engels remains unfazed by criticism and says he is fully settled into life at Celtic after his £11m move from Augsburg in Germany's Bundesliga last summer.
The midfielder became the Parkhead side's record signing when he joined late on transfer deadline day.
Engels has since gone on to make 46 appearances in green and white, scoring 10 goals and assisting 12.

Celtic let me leave mid-season - I've just won the league title at my new club
His time in Glasgow so far, however, hasn't been without its rough moments.
The Belgian has been criticised at points and missed a penalty in Celtic's crucial Champions League clash with BSC Young Boys in January.
He hasn't let outside influence impact him, though: "I don't read a lot so that's a good point that I'm not really watching those things on the internet," he said.
"I just know what I'm doing, I'm still a young player and it's my first season here. I still need to work on things and also settle in.
"Now, I'm really settled in and I know everything now. Everything is also going really well next to the pitch so it's now up to me to focus on my game, and do the things I need to do every day to improve also in the gym and stuff.
"But I think I coped really well with it and I wasn't really stressing because I was believing in my own qualities.
"That's also a good point of me, that I'm not really thinking about the bad things every time but also knowing my qualities and abilities, that I'm capable of trying to do something and trying to get an assist or a goal.
"Yeah, I hope that I can help the team a little bit more with those things, and I'm sure I will."
Engels will be hoping to add another few medals to his cabinet before the campaign is out.
Celtic are a point away from winning the Scottish Premiership and can secure their place in the Scottish Cup final if they beat St Johnstone in their last-four clash on Sunday at Hampden.
