'I can't deny' - Paulo Dybala has already said he would love to join Arsenal amid transfer links

Paulo Dybala may be open to a summer Arsenal transfer if his old comments on the club are anything to go by.

The Juventus forward's current deal with the club is set to expire this summer and according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, he won't be extending his stay with the Serie A side on the conditions they have set. Romano also claims that the Argentine international is set to begin talks with interested parties.

One of those interested clubs is Arsenal, according to 90min, with the Gunners in need of at least one frontman this summer considering fellow strikers Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah are both into the final four months of their contracts with the club.

Dybala has made it no secret of his admiration for the north London outfit, admitting back in 2014 that he would love to play at the Emirates Stadium after legendary manager Arsene Wenger heaped praise on the talented forward.

Speaking to Ole, via the Mirror, he said: "To know that someone like that (Wenger) thinks highly of me fills me with pride. I can't deny that going to Arsenal and playing in the Premier League would be great, but at the moment I'm a Palermo player."

Dybala soon left Palermo for Juventus, where he established himself as one of the most exciting players in the Italian top-flight, notching 113 goals and 48 assists for The Old Lady. The 28-year-old has also been instrumental in his side winning five Serie A titles, four Coppa Italia's and three Supercoppa Italiana's.
