I’ve never been one to wear a tone of makeup, and often find myself reaching for my tinted moisturiser or tanning drops, over the full coverage foundation.
Due to this, I've always preferred to do my makeup myself, rather than getting it done professionally, so with my wedding just under a year away, I've scrolled through numerous Youtube tutorials to perfect my 'Sophia Richie inspired makeup look' using affordable beauty products for my big day - and not only will it save me hundreds, but it's a super easy and quick look to recreate too.
Leading global makeup brand, ICONIC London are well-known for their glow giving products, and I tried everything from their bestselling Prep-Set-Tan, to their Tiple Threat Mascara for a look that lasted me all day and night long, without leaving me looking cakey.
In the days leading up to the wedding, ICONIC London suggests spritzing their £24 Prep-Set-Tan on your face, neck and body for the perfect base that'll leave you glowing before even applying any makeup! Infused with premium tanning agents, I sprayed the product onto my face the night before and blended it with ICONIC's Tan & Buff Brush to make sure no areas were missed. I was shocked to wake up in the morning with the most beautiful sun-kissed glow, and it left my skin feeling so hydrated too.

After prepping my skin, I then applied ICONIC's hero product, the Super Smoother Blurring Skin Tint which is priced at £27. Seeing as I'm not a big fan of thick, full coverage foundation, I loved that this skin tint reminded me of my go-to tinted moisturiser as it's super lightweight and hydrating, however the difference being is that it dries down to a satin-matte finish for a blurred and flawless look that offers just the right amount of coverage to hide those unwanted blemishes - perfect for my wedding day! I opted for the shade 'golden tan' which was slightly too dark for me, so I mixed it with my favourite Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter to even out the colour.
For some extra colour on my cheeks, I went in with my trusty Refy Cream Bronzer in shade 'tan' along with Rare Beauty's Soft Pinch Liquid Blush - because every bridal look needs a pop of blush.

Now, no makeup look would be complete without the perfect mascara, and ICONIC's Tiple Threat Mascara certainly does what it says on the packaging. After applying just one coat of this mascara, my lashes instantly looked longer and more lifted - and there wasn't a single clump in sight. Not only that, but it lasted all day and night with absolutely no flaking under my eyes which I nearly always find with mascara. I absolutely loved the thin brush too as it meant I could reach every single lash which gave me a much fuller lash line.

I finished off my look with this £20 lip plumping gloss in shade 'not your baby,' which has subtle pink undertone and went perfectly with my bridal makeup look. The high-shine formula is infused with biomimetic peptide which helps support natural collagen production for more defined and voluminous looking lips. My lips instantly felt nourished thanks to the addition of aloe vera, and the fresh, minty menthol and frescolat added a refreshing cooling tingle which didn't sting one bit, unlike other plumping glosses I've tried in the past.
