A tragic incident took place on Monday morning when a Falaknuma-bound MMTS train had a head on collision with Secunderabad-bound Hundry Express near Kacheguda railway station. As a result of this train accident a lot of trains have been cancelled, partially cancelled or diverted through other routes according to South Central Railway (SCR).

-Train No 57689 from Nizamabad to Kacheguda partially cancelled between Malkajgiri-Kacheguda
-Train No-57447 from Kacheguda to Mahbubnagar partially cancelled between Umdanagar-Kacheguda
-Train No 57606 from Vikarabad to Kacheguda partially cancelled between Secundrrabad-Kacheguda
-Train No 57308 from Medchal to Kacheguda partially cancelled between Bolarum-Kacheguda
-Train No 12647 from Coimbatore to H.Nizamuddin diverted via Dhone, Guntakal, Sulehalli, Secunderabad.
-Train No 07438 Kacheguda-Tatanagar Special train schedule to depart Kacheguda at 13.00 hrs on 11th November is rescheduled to depart 17.00 hrs on the same day
