Hyerabad: Telugu actor Allu Arjun was questioned by Hyderabad Police for over three hours in connection with the death of a woman in a stampede during the screening of ‘Pushpa-2’.
Police summons Actor on Monday
The 41-year-old actor had been summoned by the police on Monday to join the investigation.
Chikkadpally Police Station
The actor reached the city's Chikkadpally Police Station around 11 am. He was accompanied by his father, film maker Allu Aravind, and legal representatives, and was grilled by police till 2.45 pm.

Actor's legal team
The actor’s legal team said that he cooperated with the Police. If required, the police said they’ll call the actor again, they added.
Questions asked by Police
Notably, Allu Arjun was also arrested in the stampede case but the actor was later granted interim bail by the High Court.
According to reports, he was asked did any police officer inform him about the stampede outside? When did he come to know about the death of the woman?

Tight security arrangements were made at the Chikkadpalli police station ahead of the interrogation of Allu Arjun. The police also stopped traffic on the roads leading to the police station.(With Agency Inputs)
