A fourth fire, known as the Hurst Fire, broke out near the Los Angeles National Forest on Tuesday night, rapidly expanding to over 500 acres, as reported by Los Angeles City Fire Chief Kristin M. Crowley. The fire prompted the evacuation of more than 3,000 residents in Sylmar, a neighborhood located in the northern part of Los Angeles County's San Fernando Valley.
