Hunter Biden's defense attorney, Abbe Lowell, recently commented on the incident involving Hallie Biden throwing out Hunter Biden's gun, calling her actions 'incredibly stupid' and suggesting that she may have done it 'for love'.
Upon learning that Hallie had disposed of the gun in a trash can at a grocery store, Hunter instructed her to contact the police, as per Lowell's statement.
Lowell highlighted that prosecutors had previously described a person who is under the influence of drugs as a 'danger to public safety,' yet it was the same individual who advised Hallie to report the incident to the authorities.
Furthermore, Lowell emphasized that there was no evidence to suggest that the gun in question was ever loaded during the 11 days that Hunter owned it in October 2018.
'There is no evidence that the gun was anywhere except in that lockbox in his truck,' Lowell stated.
