Hunter Biden’s attorney, Abbe Lowell, made a statement to the jury regarding the pouch that prosecutors claim carried his gun and had cocaine on it. According to Lowell, the pouch was actually used by Hallie Biden, Hunter Biden's sister-in-law.
Lowell explained that Hallie Biden had placed Hunter Biden’s gun in the pouch before disposing of the gun near a grocery store. He further mentioned that five years later, investigators conducted tests on a substance found on the pouch. However, Lowell pointed out that the investigators did not test for fingerprints.
Addressing the court, Lowell emphasized that the gun in question was never loaded and was never carried around by Hunter Biden. He sought to clarify the circumstances surrounding the pouch and the allegations made by the prosecutors.
