During a recent court hearing, prosecutors presented audio clips of Hunter Biden discussing his struggles with addiction prior to a trip to California in 2019. The FBI agent, Erika Jensen, mentioned that Hunter's trip to California took place in late April 2019, based on cash withdrawals.
The firearm that is at the center of the charges against Hunter was purchased in October 2018. In response to the prosecution's claims, defense attorney Abbe Lowell argued that there is no evidence to suggest that Hunter was using drugs at the time of purchasing the firearm.
