Police are searching for a missing Warrington woman.
Helen O’Brien was last seen at around 10pm on Wednesday 25 September in Lime Tree Avenue in Stockton Heath.
The 34-year-old has not been seen since and officers are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.
They have appealed for help from the public to locate her.
Extensive searches have been taking place around the area where she lived and they are expected to continue throughout the weekend.
Residents living nearby – in particular the areas in and around Ackers Lane, Ackers Road, Wash Lane and the area around the Cantilever Bridge – are being asked to check any sheds or outbuildings in case Helen has taken shelter.
Anyone in those areas with CCTV cameras is asked to check them to see if they have captured Helen on camera between 10pm and midnight on Wednesday 25 September.
Drivers who were in the area and may have captured anything on dashcam footage are urged to get in touch.
Helen is 5’ 7” tall, of slim build and has black hair. She was last seen wearing a large green jumper.
Inspector Richard Spedding said: “We are doing everything we can to find Helen and our searches will continue over the weekend. You will notice an increased police presence in the area and we would ask for anyone living locally to check their CCTV cameras or dashcam footage as they may have captured something that would help us with our enquiries.
“It has been two days since Helen was last seen and we are growing increasingly concerned. If you have seen Helen or someone matching her description or know where she is please get in touch.
"I would also appeal directly to Helen to contact us, or your family, and let us know you are safe."
Anyone with any information is asked to call Cheshire Police on 101 quoting IML 523165.
