Hundreds of residents in Stockport have been left without electricity this evening following a power cut in Stockport.
Engineers are investigating the cut, which is affecting the SK3 area of the borough. Nearly 700 customers in the area are currently affected, according to Electrcity North West.
Customers are advised to contact the company for updates.

In a tweet, Electrcity North West said: "We are aware of a powercut in #Stockport #SK3 area affecting 692 customers. Our engineers are on their way to investigate what has caused this so if you would like text updates, DM your full address and best contact number or call on 105 if you require any additional support."
