Hundreds of Everton fans line streets outside Finch Farm in another amazing show of support

Hundreds of Everton fans gathered outside Finch Farm for the second time on Tuesday afternoon to give the squad a huge send-off ahead of the match against Watford.

The Blues travel to Vicarage Road for what could be a crucial clash on Wednesday evening against an already-relegated opponent. Three points would be vital in heir own battle against the drop, having moved out of the bottom three with a fantastic 2-1 win over Leicester City at the weekend.

Ahead of the game, Evertonians congregated in large numbers to line the street outside Finch Farm, showing tremendous support as the team coaches left the training complex on their way to the east midlands. And, on Tuesday, the same happened again for the next time the Blues were on their travels. Watch the video below:

Frank Lampard again sat at the front of one of the coaches, leaning out of the window to fist-bump supporters as it slowly made its way down the street.

Numerous chants could be heard, blue smoke bombs were again let off and a speaker outside the ground also played Z Cars as the team begun their journey to Watford.

This follows an incredible atmosphere being created inside the King Power Stadium by the travelling fans, who dominated the match with their support as they were crucial to their side picking up a victory. Thousands stayed behind for around 20 minutes after the final whistle, with Lampard going back out onto the pitch to applaud them for their efforts before continuing with his media duties.

Victory for Everton against Watford could see them stretch their advantage on Burnley to four points with three matches remaining of the campaign, with Leeds United also in action against Chelsea on Wednesday.
