A recent report from Human Rights Watch reveals that Israeli soldiers carried out an attack on a home in Gaza City in December, resulting in the deaths of at least seven individuals and severe injuries to two others, including a 5-year-old child. The Palestinian family was seeking shelter from the Israel-Hamas conflict when the incident occurred.

According to the report, the family members stated that there were no militants or weapons present in the house, and they had no affiliation with any armed groups. The soldiers allegedly entered the home without warning, throwing grenades and opening fire indiscriminately. Tragically, a pregnant woman was among those killed, and the injured child is currently receiving treatment in Qatar.

Despite Israel's claims of attempting to minimize civilian casualties while targeting Hamas, the ongoing conflict has resulted in the destruction of entire Palestinian families. The International Court of Justice is investigating allegations of genocide in Gaza, which Israel vehemently denies.

Saudi Arabia denounced the killing of a Hamas leader in Tehran as a violation of international law.

Saudi Arabia has strongly denounced the targeted killing of a Hamas leader in Tehran as a blatant violation of international law. The incident, which occurred on July 31 and was attributed to Israel, has raised concerns about the potential for further escalation in the region.

The Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister emphasized that the killing of the Hamas leader represents a threat to regional peace and security, in addition to violating Iran's sovereignty and international norms. While not directly accusing Israel, the statement referenced Israeli attacks on Palestinians both within and outside the Palestinian territories.

The international community, including world leaders and human rights organizations, continues to call for a ceasefire in Gaza and efforts to de-escalate tensions in the Middle East. The situation remains volatile, with concerns about the potential for a broader conflict looming large.
