Rodrigo Alves, better known as 'Human Ken doll', has confessed to having one surgery regret after bravely coming out as trangender.
Roddy revealed she has been living as a woman since September 2019 in countries where she is not recognised by the public.
Speaking on today's This Morning, the Celebrity Big Brother star announced plans to have breast, face and voice surgery before full gender reassignment in a year's time.
Presenter Phillip Schofield asked Roddy is she regrets spending tens of thousands of dollars on surgery over the years.
Roddy said: "This is the real me. I'm sorry I told a few lies over the years. Two years ago I was here talking about the removal of my ribs. I said I wanted to fit into my blazers. I was starting a transition. What man removes four ribs to fit in their blazers?"
Emotional Roddy said she had played with dolls and wore her mum's clothes as a young child - but was brought up in a Catholic family and prayed to God to be changed.
She said: "I tried my best to be a male. I was not happy. I carried on having those plastic surgeries because I actually wanted to be a woman.
"I have a gender identity dysmorphia and I have been treated for it but I never had a body dysmorphia."
Roddy admitted she does regret having a fake six pack and wishes he had the strength to go and get support.
She said: "The money is not relevant as it comes and goes. I’ve spent money on plastic surgeries. My lifestyle is expensive too. If I die tomorrow I die happy. I lived a great life as a man. 2020 is a new beginning of my new life.
"I do regret the fake six pack, arms. I wish I had the strength on those days to see a specialist person to help me through this.
"Now is the time. I don't have any shadow of doubt I was born to be a woman.
"I still have more plastic surgeries to do. At the end of the months I’m having my breasts enlarged so I will have a lovely cleavage.
"Face minimisation surgery to make me look more feminine. Voice surgery to have a female voice. And a year from now the full gender reassignment surgery."
Roddy explained that she received psychological treatment before deciding to transition.
When Holly Willoughby pointed out it wasn't just about getting your hair and nails done - Roddy added that there were also eyelashes and eyebrows.
On the reaction she has received, Roddy sad: "My family weren’t very surpised. I’m so lucky and blessed I have an amazing supportive family, friends, people around me who take care and look after me.
"I have received a lot of flowers presents, shoes and make-up. I feel quite emotional right now."
Roddy promised to return to This Morning to reveal her female name, which is a secret at the moment.
