A man dubbed a human “devil” has spent thousands transforming his body with extreme modifications – including splitting his tongue and penis in two.
Wildson, 35, has revealed the invasive procedures he's had to date, which he claims have cost him £15,600 over the years.
He first began his passion aged just 16, giving himself his first piercing with a sewing needle.
Since then, Wildson’s been hooked on the lifestyle.
Now, he boasts a tattooed eye, nose and mouth plugs, a split tongue inked in black – and even a split penis.
However, while he loves his unique look, Wildson says not everyone has been as accepting.
"When [people] see me for the first time, they get scared, walk away and make the sign of the cross as if I were something evil," Wildson, from Brazil, said.
"I've been called the 'devil' or 'crazy dog' before – but the most important thing is that my free spirit doesn't attack me.
"Others [meet me] with fear and some with unconditional love, affection and respect with [the outlook] that this is pure art.”
As for his more unusual body modification – his split penis – Wildson says it was “worth it”.
Surprisingly, he also claims it wasn’t nearly as painful as having his tongue tattooed.
He said: “I have a piercing and tattoo [on my genitals], but the modification is cut in the middle on the head of the penis.
“It was really worth it, though.
“I think my most difficult and painful [modification] was my tongue being painted black – the penis hurt less.”
Wildson has also carried out modifications on other people including ear removals, tattooing gums, and splitting another man’s penis.
He believes that people in his home country take pride in their appearance, and extreme procedures of this kind make them “unique” and “special”.
As for his dating life, he is currently single but hopes that his future partner will be supportive of his transformation.
Wildson added: “The main barrier to body change is the way of thinking of those who undergo the modification.
“When one’s own body is accepted, the opinion of others doesn’t matter."
