Hull City boss Shota Arveladze wants to end the season on a high but accepts the challenge in doing so as he prepares for Nottingham Forest's visit on Saturday.
Steve Cooper's side make the trip to the MKM Stadium for a 12.30pm kick-off in both side's final game of the regular Championship campaign, although Forest have booked their place as one of four teams in the play-offs. The Reds will be looking to end their season on a high and enter the extended season with some momentum having lost 1-0 at Bournemouth on Tuesday, a defeat which handed the Cherries the final automatic promotion spot at their own expense.
Hull City are sat 18th in the standings and have nothing to play for but positional pride, yet Arveladze is desperate to see his side finish the season strongly. Last time out they fell to a "painful" 5-0 loss at Bristol City, so the Tigers boss wants to give his home fans something to cheer about at the end of the campaign.

"It was quite painful (at Ashton Gate)," said Arveladze to the Hull City club website. "The boys always train well and they always react the way they have to. It was just a bad game. The players want to go out and play the way they’re used to playing, the way they want to play, that’s the way I’m looking also.
"We always want to go with a good feeling, of course, and not the feeling we have now. Four games to go, we done not bad after winning some good games, played some good games. Even we lose away game (at Millwall), we had a good game there, little bit unlucky.
"Then we had this Bristol City game, nobody wants it to look like that, I think they all realise this."
He added: "They’ve had a great second half of the season, get so much points, scoring goals, good team. This team, in five minutes, could have been in the Premier League – that’s the team you guys challenge at home.
"If you see their previous games, they hardly change their team, which gives them good shape and a good feeling. They have quality, you can see that."
