A huge warehouse fire has shut down a busy town centre as firefighters battle the blaze.
Images from the scene in Boston, Lincolnshire, show huge flames spilling from the building against the night sky.
It's believed the warehouse is currently a disused building.
Multiple fire engines remain on site as the fire continues to rage - while there has been no confirmation at this stage of its cause.
Lincolnshire Police said at 4.19pm on January 30 that there will be road closures in place "due to an ongoing building fire".
Police are on the scene with firefighters. Police said: "Please avoid the area."
Nine fire appliances are in attendance.
Traffic information service Inrix reports that London Road and High Street are closed in both directions and there is slow traffic between the A16 Spalding Road and Oxford Street due to a building fire, reports Lincolnshire Live.

Traffic alert system Inrix alerted: "London Road and High Street in both directions closed, slow traffic due to building fire between A16 Spalding Road and Oxford Street.
"Congestion to surrounding routes including Skirbeck Road, South End, John Adams Way and Spalding Road."
