Huge queues have formed in Liverpool city centre as shoppers wait to get their hands on Eurovision merchandise.
The ‘one of a kind’ pop-up shop opened in Liverpool ONE last week as part of the city's Eurovision celebrations. Liverpool beat competitors including Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham to host the famous Eurovision Song Contest, while the conflict in Ukraine remains ongoing.
The smash-hit competition will take over the city from today, Tuesday, May 9 until the grand final on Saturday, May 13. Thousands of fans have already descended on the city to watch the event - and many are clearly keen to get their hands on some merch.

Huge queues are outside the pop up shop on Manesty’s Lane, opposite Waterstones. Barriers have been set up to contain the queue which stretches up towards Harvey Nichols Beauty Bazaar and down towards Vincentius.
The 1,400 sq ft store's design has been inspired by the theme of 'You'll Never Sing Alone' and features the full range of Eurovision merchandise, including mugs, caps, hoodies, t-shirts and limited edition replicas of the Eurovision Song Contest trophy. Fans can also snap up a number of novelty items to help them celebrate at home.
