A huge new vintage clothes shop is opening at Liverpool One this weekend.
‘The Vintage Store’ will open on May 28 at 10am and will stay open until 8pm in the evening to give visitors plenty of time to explore. It will be located in the former Liverpool One Topshop, next to Lush.
Described as the ‘UK’s largest retailer of vintage clothing’, The Vintage Store already has shops open in Sheffield, Hull, York, Newcastle and Birmingham. According to its website, the retailer also has its eye on cities such as Chester, Manchester, Birmingham and Nottingham for new stores.

Among big brand names, the new Liverpool store is set to have a ‘Vintage Levi’s Store’ inside, according to an Instagram post shared last week. The post read: “LIVERPOOL - GRAND OPENING 28th MAY. Yea, that’s right, we have created a Vintage Levi’s Store inside our new Liverpool store…”
Levi’s fans can expect to see a full vintage Levi’s store that has everything from denim jackets, shackets, sweaters and t-shirts to Sherpa jackets and Levi’s military and workwear. Shoppers were quick to share their excitement about the store opening this Saturday.
One shopper said: “I’m so excited I literally can’t wait.” A second said: “What a great addition to the city [loveheart emoji].” A third shopper added: “Have my alarms all set and ready for Saturday’s opening!”
The Vintage Store is also giving away £250 worth of vintage clothing to Instagram followers who like their post, tag three friends and share the post to their story. The prize can only be used at the Liverpool store opening on May 28, 2022.
