A man was arrested after gardai discovered a huge haul of cocaine at a home in west Dublin.
Gardai searched a residence in Clondalkin at around 10.30pm last night when they found 3kg of cocaine. The drug has an estimated value of €210,000.
The officers also discovered a quantity of drug paraphernalia. A garda spokeswoman said: "One man, aged 25 years was arrested at the scene and is currently detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996 at a Garda station in West Dublin. Investigations are ongoing."

The seizure came as part of Operation Tara which aims to disrupt, dismantle and prosecute drug trafficking networks, at all levels - international, national, local - involved in the importation, distribution, cultivation, production, local sale and supply of controlled drugs.
