A multi-car collision resulted in huge delays on a busy motorway this morning.
Gardai and emergency services were called to a four-car pile-up on the M4. The crash happened at Junction 7 Maynooth on the eastbound motorway at 7am this morning.
The crash led to massive tailbacks as long as 10km long stretching back all the way until the M4 toll. A garda spokesman said no injuries were reported.

The collision has been cleared from lane two of the motorway although delays still remain. A Live Drive said on Twitter: "Still major delays on the M4 from the M4 toll but hopefully they clear quickly now that the blockage has cleared."
