The fire, at Ravensthorpe Industrial Estate on Low Mill Lane, in Dewsbury, broke out on Friday night at what is reportedly a recycling centre.

The West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (WYFRS) website said it is a "large incident" and "approximately 80 firefighters are in attendance", reported YorkshireLive.

"Fire appliances, specialist supporting resources and officers from around the county are currently in attendance," said WYFRS.

It later tweeted: "Three aerial ladder platforms are now at the scene of the large fire in Ravensthorpe- crews from across West Yorkshire are continuing to tackle the blaze."
