A huge blaze had engulfed a local Scottish high street on Tuesday morning after the fire sparked inside a Poundstretcher store.
A large emergency response worked through the night in Leven, Fife, after the fire broke out in the local shop and quickly ripped through the building.
Thought to have taken hold at around 2am, both Police Scotland and the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service had raced to the scene, with officers urging residents to stay in their homes.

More than 15 fire engines had been sent to the street, with crowds of firefighters working through the night for hours to bring the blaze under control.
Smoke was seen billowing from some distance away from the High Street, with the building itself completely hollowed out by the flames.
The Daily Record reports that footage from the scene also showed red hot flames spitting from the sides of the building as embers fell around the street.
It is understood that no one was injured as a result of the blaze, however the cause is not yet known.
The town centre has remained locked down since emergency crews first attended the scene, with traffic being closely monitored in the surrounding streets.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were called around 2.30am on Tuesday, November 9, to a report of a fire in Leven High Street near Poundstretcher. The road and part of the Esplanade will be closed until further notice. The public are asked to avoid the town centre area if possible."
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson added: "We were alerted at 2.06am on Tuesday, November 8, to reports of a building fire on High Street, Leven.
"Operation Control mobilised 16 appliances including two height appliances to the scene of a fire affecting a commercial property. There are no reported casualties and crews remain in attendance."
