Detective Chief Inspector Paul Speight said: "This seizure is part of the proactive work the OCP carry out to tackle organised crime.
"Thanks to a thorough search at the property, a large amount of drugs has been taken off our streets that could have caused harm to vulnerable members of our communities.
"I would continue to ask anyone who has information about this kind of criminal activity to come forward so action can be taken."
