From back to front, it's Lee Nicholls in goal behind a back-three consisting of Sarr, Tom Lees and Levi Colwill. Pipa is preferred over Ollie Turton at wing-back, and Harry Toffolo on the opposite flank.
Skipper Hogg moves into midfield alongside Lewis O'Brien, with Thomas and Sinani claimed to be flanking Danny Ward up-front.
Matty Pearson is fit enough to feature on the bench for the Terriers having last played back in March. Alongside him, Holmes and Russell are Turton, Jamal Blackman, Tino Anjorin and - the winner from the semi-final - Jordan Rhodes.
Huddersfield XI: Nicholls, Lees, Sarr, Colwill, Pipa, Hogg, O'Brien, Toffolo, Thomas, Ward, Sinani.
Subs: Blackman, Pearson, Turton, Holmes, Russell, Anjorin, Rhodes.
