The Health Service Executive has called on two groups of people to come forward for another dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.
Cases of the virus are no longer reported on a daily basis, but it continues to circulate in the community - putting those most vulnerable at risk.
According to the latest figures, as of 8:00 am today there are 231 people in hospitals across the country receiving treatment for the worst effects of Covid-19.

Meanwhile, there are now 21 people in the ICU as a result of Covid-19, while the positivity rate is at 16.7 %.
The public is being reminded that they may be eligible for their next dose of available vaccines, which can be booked online.
In a post on Twitter, the HSE wrote: “If you’re 65 or over, or you have a weak immune system, you can book an appointment for your next dose of the Covid-19 vaccine at a pharmacy.”
You should get a second booster at least 4 months - at least 120 days - after your first booster.
If you have had Covid-19 since your first booster, wait at least 4 months before you get a second booster.
If you are 65 or older and booking a second booster appointment, book an appointment at any clinic for people over 30.
