Howard Webb made his Monday Night Football debut ahead of Liverpool's clash with Leicester City but some fans were not happy with the clips shown during the analysis of VAR.
The Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL) chief made history since the introduction of VAR in the Premier League as audio was released for the first time. In a number of different passages, dialogue between match officials during the matches was heard which talked through the decision-making of incidents that went to VAR.
Liverpool were featured once as Webb dissected Kai Havertz's disallowed goal at Stamford Bridge, an incident in which the ball ricocheted and hit the German on the hand before trickling into the Reds net.

Other decisions shown featured Jakub Kiwior's alleged handball against Newcastle United which was initially awarded as a penalty. However, the intervention of the technology meant that Arsenal were handed a reprieve and no spot-kick was given.
But for fans watching Sky Sports' coverage, they were far from happy with the incidents that were analysed.
Supporters felt like the incidents were far too straightforward and didn't include some of the more controversial incidents this season.
Liverpool have been involved in a number of talking points throughout the season. Diogo Jota scored the winner against Tottenham Hotspur just minutes after avoiding action for a high boot on Oliver Skipp which left Ryan Mason incensed.
The Englishman was also lucky to be on the pitch at that time after making contact high on the ankle of Luis Diaz which didn't warrant action from referee, Paul Tierney.
Meanwhile, Everton were left furious with incidents such as Virgil van Dijk's challenge on Amadou Onana during the Merseyside derby.
