GREENE KING locations across Scotland are offering pubgoers a free pint to mark the 25th anniversary of the Guinness Six Nations tournament.
Discussing the promotion, Michelle West, head of sports marketing at Greene King, said that every year, the chain looks forward to the popular rugby event.
She added that they know that rugby lovers at Greene King value a "welcoming pub atmosphere" that allows them to "settle in with friends and family and enjoy the tournament".
She went on: “We’ve seen some truly memorable moments on the field in the last 25 years and we look forward to seeing our customers enjoy more moments and plays, similar to Scotland’s astonishing fightback at Twickenham six years ago.
“We know that almost half of the public (43%) are planning on watching the Six Nations in a pub this year, so why not put those plans into action and head down to your local Belhaven, where we’ll be showing every game live across more than 900 locations. So, enjoy, with a pint on us.”

It's Guinness, but not as you know it. Guinness 0.0: just as good, just without alcohol. Now served on tap at The Punch and Judy in Covent Garden. Photo by the amazing sassy__foodie on IG pic.twitter.com/8iOMtOr9Lq
