Why aren't Man City playing Arsenal?

The top of the table clash will not feature this week, as Arsenal have been permitted to play their re-arranged Europa League fixture against PSV Eindhoven instead.

The match was meant to take place on September 15th, but following The Queen's death it was postponed due to concerns over policing.

Man City v Arsenal will not be re-arranged to play before the World Cup.
