You can sign up for Apple TV Plus for $9.99 / £8.99 per month, with no annual options. Make sure you don't sign up for Apple TV Plus MLS instead of the standard plan as this is just for soccer streaming, and won't let you watch Time Bandits.

How to watch Time Bandits (1981)
The Time Bandits movie is a little harder to watch than the TV show because it's on different streaming services in different places.
In the US, it's easy to watch if you sign up for Max, which costs $9.99 for its base tier.
The UK has it as part of the video-on-demand library of Channel 4's self-titled streaming service. This is usually free to use but the £3.99 tier expands the library and allows for ad-free streaming.
In Australia, Time Bandits is not currently streaming.
