Sunderland are back in Championship action later this evening as they welcome struggling West Brom to the Stadium of Light. The Baggies had been one of the early favourites for promotion this season, but a torrid start to the campaign under former Black Cats boss Steve Bruce, saw him sacked.
He would be replaced by former Leeds United assistant and Huddersfield Town boss Carlos Corberan who has given his side a much needed lift. West Brom have won their last three games prior to the winter break for the World Cup in Qatar.
Their trip to the Stadium of Light this evening is their first since a 2-0 win over Stoke back in November.
