Not yet, but soon. On March 1, BBC Media revealed that Stranded on Honeymoon Island will be "Coming to BBC One and iPlayer in 2025.
"[The] bold and original new reality dating format... sees twelve unlucky-in-love singles matched into couples, who then marry and immediately start their honeymoon on a tropical island."
There will be twelve 60-minute episodes.

The question is, when will it arrive. The series was commissioned over a year ago and was originally due to air in 2024. Rumors that 'Stranded' had been canceled swirled around the internet but that doesn't appear to be the case.
On November 13, 2024 Seven Chief Content Officer, Brook Hall, said: “Stranded On Honeymoon Island... will further strengthen our 7.30pm line up. While other networks’ line ups go through peaks and troughs, we consistently deliver audiences year-round across Seven and 7plus.”
