Broadcast and streaming info
PFL 2025, Week 2 takes place Friday at Universal Studios in Orlando, Fla. The same location was used for Week 1 and will be used again next week.
The prelims stream on ESPN+ at 8 p.m. ET. The main card airs on ESPN2 and streams on ESPN+ at 11 p.m. ET.

Bantamweight
The main event is at 135 pounds. Leandro Higo (23-6) has won five of his past six, all in Bellator. He was set to take on regional standout and “TUF 29” cast member Josh Rettinghouse (20-5), who has a 75 percent finishing rate and four straight wins, until he wasn’t medically cleared. Instead, he’ll take on Marcirley Alves da Silva (12-4), who was elevated from an alternate fight on the prelims.
Also part of the bantamweight tournament on the main card, Mando Gutierrez (10-3) takes on Francesco Nuzzi (10-1) and Kasum Kasumov (16-1) meets Justin Wetzell (10-2). On the prelims, Jake Hadley (11-4) goes up against Matheus Mattos (14-3-1).

Women’s flyweight
2024 PFL finalist Taila Santos (22-4) was set to return to go after the title she fell short of, but pulled out during fight week. That elevated former Bellator champ Liz Carmouche (22-8) from the prelims to the co-main event. She’ll try to make up for a 2024 semifinal loss to Santos when she meets former longtime Bellator fighter Ilara Joanne (12-9).
When Santos fell out, it meant Juliana Velasquez (13-3) needed a new opponent. And in a bit of cruel reality of the fight world, Velasquez went from fighting Santos in the main event to fighting Katerina Shakalova (8-2) on the prelims. Shakalova was elevated from alternate status and now is in the tournament.
Plus, Jena Bishop (7-2) and Kana Watanabe (13-3-1), both ex-Bellator fighters, meet and Diana Avsaragova (6-1) takes on Elora Dana (7-0).
