Nintendo's Direct presentations come thick and fast throughout the year, and the latest is nearly upon us.
The latest will be streamed online today, Tuesday 18 June 2024, and will be dedicated to Nintendo Switch games coming up in the "second half" of the year. Sadly, there will be no mention of the Nintendo Switch 2, it has been confirmed, but that doesn't mean it won't be jam-packed with other exciting announcements and trailers. You can watch it below.

What to expect during the latest Nintendo Direct?
The new Nintendo Direct presentation will be dedicated to "Nintendo Switch games coming in the second half of 2024".
It's a bumper-packed show this time though, with the running time expected to last 40 minutes.
However, Nintendo has stressed that there will be "no mention" of the Nintendo Switch 2 (or whatever it turns out to be called). That's hardly surprising considering it has already been revealed that Nintendo's next-gen console will not be available this year. It is claimed that it will be launching in the first quarter of 2025 instead, most likely March.
It could be that Nintendo will announce the machine later this year, but there'll be plenty of exciting new Switch games coming in the meantime to keep us entertained.
