How to watch Love Island 2023 from anywhere in the world - including US and Europe

Ahh it seems like only yesterday we were witnessing the love triangles Olivia Hawkins was involved with, Claudia Fogarty’s heartache from Casa Amor and romance blossom between winners Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan… And now Love Island is back for summer, and we can’t wait to see what this season will bring.

Who’s kissing who? Who’s ending up with a broken heart? Who will make it last until next year? And most of all, what’s Maya Jada going to be wearing!

As we watch every second go by until season 10 of Love Island, which starts on Monday 5th June, some of you reading this might not be lucky enough to watch it live on ITV and stream it for free over ITVX, but fear not as we have a way you can witness the drama unfold wherever you are in the world.

That’s right, with the help of a VPN service, you can watch everything as it happens, and never miss a moment of action - or an explosive ‘dumping’ around the firepit.

VPN’s are a downloadable, online tool that can be used to suggest you’re still using a UK-based IP address - and bypass the issue blocking your content, or ITVHub in this instance.

ITVHub is where you can catch up on any episodes that you may have missed - and even those that are live!

Below, we’ve popped a helpful step-by-step guide below on exactly how you can watch Love Island, when you’re outside the UK.

  1. Download a VPN server like NordVPN or ExpressVPN to your laptop, tablet, phone or other streaming device of your choice
  2. Once in the VPN’s interface, you then want to select a UK server
  3. Head to the ITVHub and search for Love Island - or anything else you watch to watch
  4. Press play, sit back and get ready to watch the drama unfold!

And it’s not just the latest season of Love Island you can stream from anywhere in the world, but all previous seasons too - JOMO just became the new FOMO!

We should point out that you do need a TV license to watch any UK TV shows live, even when you’re overseas. So if you think you can get away with watching Corrie, Hollyoaks, Eastenders or your other favourite soaps? Think again…

Love Island UK streams in the U.S. weeks after it premieres in the UK, but by using a VPN to access the official ITV and ITVX, using a VPN service is great as it’s free in the UK, but is on Hulu in the U.S. Traditionally, Hulu streams new seasons of Love Island UK one to two months after the UK premiere, but we’re waiting to hear is this is the case for the latest season.

Last summer, on-demand streams of Love Island season 8 reached a whopping 273 million, which is a record high for the show - and it looks like the popularity won’t be fizzling out anytime soon, even though most the relationships have from then and the winter edition.

So whether you’re watching from the bleak weather of the UK, sunnier climates of the US or Australia, or your own private island in the middle of nowhere, you never have to miss a minute of gossip, with a VPN platform.
