How to watch England vs Senegal live stream: Kick-off time and channel for World Cup clash

England will begin their World Cup knockout stage campaign on Sunday when they face Senegal after comfortably beating Wales to top group B. Two goals from Marcus Rashford and one from Phil Foden confirmed Gareth Southgate's side as group winners and saw Wales' exit from the tournament.

Finishing top of group B will see them face group A runners-up Senegal, who beat Ecuador in their final group game to seal qualification, with Chelsea star Kalidou Koulibaly scoring the winning goal.

The Netherlands and Argentina booked their places in the quarter-finals on Saturday with wins against the USA and Australia, respectively, with one of France or Poland and England or Senegal set to do the same today.

Southgate faces some tough selection decisions, although it seems he may have already decided on one of those with Bukayo Saka set to start in place of either Marcus Rashford or Phil Foden.

Senegal will certainly pose a tough test for England, despite the latter ultimately being favourites. So with that in mind, football.london explains how you can follow all of the action live.

How to watch England vs Senegal

In the United Kingdom, the match will be live on ITV and available to stream on ITVX, with coverage beginning at 6pm.

Football.london will also be covering the match live, with regular updates in the build up to kick off and all the action as it happens in Qatar.

What time is kick-off?

The match between England and Senegal will get underway at 7pm UK time from Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor, Qatar.

Team news

Senegal will be without their key midfielder Idrissa Gueye through suspension after he picked up his second yellow card of the tournament against Ecuador. Star man Sadio Mane was not included in the World Cup squad after suffering an injury to his right fibula playing for Bayern Munich.

As for England, Ben White will not feature after England confirmed his departure from Qatar due to personal reasons. Meanwhile, Leicester City star James Maddison could make his first appearance at the tournament after he began training with the England squad this week after he missed the opening three games with a hamstring injury.
